How to exercise your rights

Email data@yerty.co.uk with:

  • What you're requesting (access, deletion, correction, etc.)
  • Your account email address
  • Any relevant details

Include a simple statement like: "I am requesting [type of request] under Article [15/17/20] UK GDPR"

Our commitment

We aim to respond to your request within 7 working days, but will always respond within 30 days. If your request is complex or we need clarification, we may contact you - we'll let you know what we need and will continue once we have it.
