Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data – request a copy of everything we hold about you
- Correction – ask us to fix any inaccurate information
- Deletion – request we remove your data (right to be forgotten)
- Data portability – get your data in a portable format
- Object to processing – opt out of certain processing activities
How to exercise your rights
Email data@yerty.co.uk with:
- What you're requesting (access, deletion, correction, etc.)
- Your account email address
- Any relevant details
Include a simple statement like: "I am requesting [type of request] under Article [15/17/20] UK GDPR"
Our commitment
We aim to respond to your request within 7 working days, but will always respond within 30 days. If your request is complex or we need clarification, we may contact you - we'll let you know what we need and will continue once we have it.

Subject Access Request (SAR)
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including how we use it and who we share it with.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data. We'll comply unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.
Right to Rectification
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
Data Portability
Request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format to transfer to another service.
