Is this a prediction of what my case might be worth?
No. Award Benchmark describes historical amounts in published decisions for a claim type. It does not assess your facts, calculate an individual loss or predict an outcome.
Does every claim type have the same award breakdown?
No. Different claim families and report tiers support different measures. Some show distribution statistics only; more detailed composition is available only where supported by the report.
Are settlements included?
Unpublished settlements and claims without a published monetary judgment are not included. The report therefore does not represent every resolved claim.
Can I investigate the report with Ask Yerty?

How does access work?
