Evidence over opinion. We make decisions based on data. Our product, content, and strategy are grounded in what the evidence actually says.
Clarity matters. Employment law is complicated. Our job is to make it understandable. That applies to our product, our writing, and how we communicate with each other.
Responsibility first. People come to Yerty during some of the most stressful moments of their working lives. We take that seriously in everything we build.
